+1. If my order value before GST is less than the minimum order, will you still ship?
Yes, we will still ship and invoice your goods, but we will charge you the freight.
+2. Do Australasian Merchandisers Pty Ltd accept payment by credit card?
Yes, Visa and Master Card.
+3. Is there an additional charge for payment by Credit Card?
A surcharge of 0.9% is applied to payments using Visa and Master Card.
+4. What happens if I receive my goods and they are damaged or some items are missing?
In this event please contact the Australasian Merchandisers immediately on 1800 773 222 or 07 3275 7300 and notify customer service personnel of the details and exact nature of the problem. If goods arrive damaged an emailed digital photograph would assist us to prevent future occurrences. sales@osmer.com.au
+5. Can I place orders online via your company website?
Yes you can only if you are an existing wholesale customer, but you must first log on using your email address and nominated password. If you have not already registered you may do so on line or telephone our office and we will arrange it for you.
+6. Can I open an account with Australasian Merchandisers Pty. Ltd?
If you are a bona fide reseller of our type of products, you may open an account by completing the account application form on line . We will notify you within three working days if all is in order to proceed. You will be asked to provide trade references to obtain a credit account or you may opt to pay by credit card.
+7. How long will it take for my goods to arrive?
Normally we ship on the same day as your order is placed providing it is placed before 1.00pm.
